I stayed here for several nights and used it afterwords as a travel base for other destinations. The hotel staff is simply amazing in helping you with settling all kinds of issues, be it tickets, tour reservations, airport/train station pick-up and drop-off and what is more important tailor-maid travel itineraries. The rooms are just as in the pictures on their website, equipped with aircon (with heating function) which was very important for me as I came in winter and this was the only way to warm the room and yourself up. Location is absolutely superb as you are right in the hart of the Old Quarter, with all the shops and sights at the walking distance. I will certainly recommend it to my friends traveling to Hanoi.

The room I stayed in was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is also very good as it is right in the old quarter.
The time it took to check out - could have been faster.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, provided maps, sorted our laundry out etc. Location is good - but note its not where it says on the Booked.net map - theres a mix up with the indochina 2 (this one indochina queen 2). Comortable beds and good air heater which was much needed in freezing Hanoi! Free wi-fi which did the job and a computer in the roon too.
There were plenty of faults too. We booked 2 suites (their premium rooms) at $60 and $70 bucks a night (one single occupancy). The rooms were not worth this by any means - we were expecting a smartish hotel but its more akin to a hostel. The suites did not resemble the pictures at all, they were very basic and essentially small dormitories (one double and 2 singles or 2 doubles) with a sofa and chair - not the modern looking luxury suite with one king size in the pictures. The hot water was an issue every shower/bath time - and in January in Hanoi you want hot water! In summary this is a very typical mid-range Hanoi hotel, and at $25 - $35 it would be fair value for a 2 person room. But it is not luxurious so dont shell out.

The hotel was located in the center of the old quarter, so within walking distance to restaurants, shops and place to see. We stayed in the suite room which was very spacious and luxurious, had flat screen tv, DVD, and a private free of charge connection to the internet. We received a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome. We booked a trip to Halong Bay through the booking office of the hotel and were very satisfied with that also.
